Fiona Maguire-O’Shea
Founder

I am a strategic public relations and marketing communications specialist with 25+ years of public relations, marketing communications and special events experience. I worked for small to mid-sized establishments in B-to-B, agency and non-profit environments, both nationally and internationally, before starting out on my own. 

I first began as an independent consultant for previous employers and then met some other folks along the way. In the process, I came across some incredibly talented women in the industry who are with me today in my work with Top Tier Strategic Communications. The rest is history!

The breadth of my experience ranges from writing and editing articles, press releases, marketing collateral, corporate bios, LinkedIn profiles, award applications and calls for presentations to revamping company websites, securing event media sponsorship and even front-page news coverage.

I love to write.  I love to edit. And, I love to dig in, find the story and tell it. I have the skills to help take your business to the next level—to the top of your tier.

Ginny Williams
Senior Consultant

Ginny Williams is a 30+ year veteran in the field of strategic communications, spanning an extensive variety of industries and services. She excels at defining and managing brands, as well as core communication needs. Her clients have ranged from banks and construction companies to restaurants and hotels; functional foods and beverages to wireless communications. 

Ginny most recently was the Co-Owner and Principal of Webb Strategic Communications, where she enjoyed mentoring and working with her staff as they launched and executed highly successful, evidence-based public education campaigns for statewide agencies such as Colorado’s Department of Transportation and the Colorado Department of Health. Her agency also launched complex, large-scale projects including the opening of Denver International Airport.

Ginny loves her work in communications which is why (even though she’s semi-retired) she has teamed up with Fiona, her former employee and now Founder of Top Tier Strategic Communications.

She defines her philosophy as follows: “Be a trusted counselor who delivers value by simplifying the complicated, telling great stories for clients and advocating for their audiences.”

Nancy Reilly

With 30+ years of experience in sales, marketing and public relations, including 20 in the destination/hotel and trade show industries, Nancy specializes in content marketing and copy writing.
